1.) Call Healthcore Psychiatry Consultants to electronically receive your intake paperwork.
2.) We require payment and completion of paperwork prior to all appointments.
3.) Please have a way to obtain vital signs at home (Blood Pressure, Pulse, Height, and Weight). Blood pressure cuffs can be purchased at most drug stores or online.
4.) Log on to the waiting room when it is your appointment time and start your telemedicine visit.

All video appointments are carried out via Telehealth through the Valant client portal. Valant Telehealth is a HIPAA compliant video conferencing solution for a provider to video conference with a client through Valant. There is no need to download any additional software.
Google chrome, Mozilla Firefox, safari, or edge are the supported browsers. Please make sure that you are using the most updated version of an internet browser. Using older versions can cause some issues with the video connection. Internet explorer is not a supported browser for Telehealth. You will receive a message telling you so if you try to join a session in Internet Explorer.
